Job Description

HR Business PartnerMiddleton, Greater Manchester£50,000 - £55,000 Dependant on experience+ Quarterly bonus (£65,000 OTE).Full Time, PermanentOur client is seeking an experienced, highly motivated HR Business Partner to join the HR team based in Middleton.About The RoleYou will report into the HR Manager and be responsible for providing an excellent HR partnering service to ensuring the delivery of a successful and proactive HR support and advice service including; employee relations, employment law, absence management,and performance management issues.The HR Business Partner will also lead on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across the business.This area of responsibility will include working with senior members of the People and Resources team and wider management team demonstrating passion, enthusiasm and proactive working to achieve desirable results.Role responsibilities include;

  • Being the key contact for the business with the support of the HR Associates on all HR related enquiries
  • Completing employee relations casework including flexible working requests, investigations, disciplinary and grievance
  • Escalating complex casework to the HR Manager, whilst supporting the process
  • Leading on their specialist area of either L&D or EDI
About You
  • Experience of working in a busy HR environment.
  • Working knowledge of Employee Relations and HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • CIPD qualified at Level 5 or above.
