Job Description

Job Title:TraineeRecruitment and HR AdministratorSalary Range: £20,000 - £23,000, Dependent on ExperienceBonus Structure: Attractive Quarterly Bonuses Based on Company and Individual PerformanceWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to SundayLocation: Manchester (Middleton) Flexitime Available with Core Hours between 10 am - 4 pmAbout my client: My clientis a rapidly expanding car-buying service with a strong presence across the UK, boasting over 500 branches and continuous expansion plans. We are seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join theirteam.Responsibilities: As a Recruitment and HR Administrator within their organisation, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Recruitment Team in filling national roles.
  • Ensuring job listings on various platforms are kept up to date.
  • Drafting employment contracts.
  • Coordinating new employee onboarding across different departments.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR Department to handle various HR tasks.
  • Managing Right to Work, Background, and DVLA Checks.
  • Handling weekly payroll tasks.
  • Addressing general HR inquiries.
