Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Representative to join one of our clients in the Pilsworth area of Bury. This is a permanent opportunity paying a salary of £26,485 working Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company who is well known in the manufacturing field. A company that work to high standards and provides effective and pro-active services to its customers.What will you be doing as a Customer Service Representative

  • This is multi-tasking role, which requires the candidate to be pro-active, hardworking and conscientious
  • Dealing with and answering telephone calls from customers
  • Inputting client information on to their in house system - Navision
  • Processing orders taking by telephone, fax, email and EDI
  • Building relationships with colleagues, customers and the sales team
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • General admin duties
  • Excellent computer skills, any experience on Navision would be desirable

  • We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Candidates who have a positive can do attitude
  • Resilient and pro-active nature
  • Used to working to in a busy and demanding role where there are tight deadlines
  • You will have excellent customer service skills both verbal and written
  • Able to manage your own workload
  • Work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team
  • If you have experience in using the Navision system that would be advantageous
