Job Description

Roofer (Multi-Skilled)

  • Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance
  • Location: Merton
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent
My Client, a Housing Association based in Merton are seeking a skilled Roofer with additional trade skills to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering a first-class repairs service to properties in Merton and the surrounding areas. We offera stable and attractive salary, standard working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance across various properties.
  • Utilise a range of trade skills to address and resolve a variety of maintenance issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Travel to different locations within the Merton area to carry out scheduled work.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Roofer with skills in other trades.
  • Good customer care skills and the ability to provide a reliable service.
  • Valid UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided for work use only).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
