Job Description

As part of theirteam, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that students receive the necessary support to achieve their educational goals.Role Overview:As anAdditional Learning Support Auditor, you will perform a range of administrative duties related to additional learning support (ALS). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving ALS referrals
  • Organising appointments
  • Sending out appointment letters
  • Diary management
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Word processing
  • Minute-taking
  • Distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry and spreadsheet work
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and minuting(EHCP) reviewswith a high level of accuracy
  • Collaborating with the ALS Team Leader and other stakeholders
  • Supporting young people in an educational environment
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within an educational setting
  • Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Business Admin qualification or equivalent
  • Good customer service skills and respect for confidentiality
  • Enhanced DBS
