Job Description

Administrator required to work as part of a small team working for aUKs leading International modelagency based in Meriden.Hours of Work:MondayThursday 9am5.30pmFriday 9am5pmMonday, Thursday and Friday - office basedTuesdays and Wednesday can be flexible (half days or reduced hours or 4 days per week) Salary£26,000.00 per annumbased on for a full-time hoursEnd of year bonus.Six-month probation period.Holiday entitlement 22 days; this will increase yearly. After 6 years holiday entitlement is 29 days. The role of a the Administrator is to look after some of the agencies largest accounts. These clients can book anything from 510 models on a daily basis.You will also be required to help managethe social mediaplatforms - experiencerequired usingInstagram, twitter, facebook, pinterest, linkedIn, google+, BlogWorking closely withthe clients, building strong relationships and build up rapports, excellent people skillsare requiredThe fashion world is known for being a fast-paced and competitive industry therefore the job ofAdministrator can be demanding, stressful and requires dedication. You must be skilled in multi-tasking as you will be working on multiple accounts at the same time.Main duties include;

  • Liaising with clients
  • Negotiating fees
  • Selecting the correct models that match the clients requirements
  • Headhunting models to match specific roles
  • Organising castings
  • Setting up shoots
  • Booking information forms, invoices, client and model confirmations
  • Managing Social media channels
The role will also include the following;
  • Diary Management - Taking responsibility for arranging new model Interviews and polaroid sessions
  • Taking new client calls and responding to new enquirys accordingly
  • Contributing to the development of our Social Media Platforms
  • Confidently Working within Outlook, CITRIX, word, Excel
  • Logging of incoming emails to our generic email accounts, ensuring all are replied to within a given time
  • Picking up colleagues accounts when they are on annual leave, therefore a basic knowledge of all clients and models is required.
  • Helping to achieve monthly team targets
