Dealer Parts Support Group Case ManagerAU-VIC-Melbourne Description About DPSGThe Dealer Parts Support Group (DPSG) is the main dealer contact for parts enquiries for Australia and New Zealand. Dealing mainly with the parts distributor network and supply teams, they are responsible for resolving dealer parts enquiries. The team dealwith a range of parts enquiries and problem solving is at the forefront of what they do. Within each role within the team you will find,A high level of understanding the customers concern/needsproblem solving and finding creative solutions to unavailable parts and delivery constraintsuse of knowledge of parts, dealer operations, logistics, and general parts industry knowledge to find solutions to parts problemsCase ManagerPosition SummaryThis role is primarily responsible for handling dealer enquiries and resolving their concerns in a high paced environment.Understanding the request and providing the best possible outcome is key to this role.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFoster good company to dealer relations and provide effective communications between FCSD and its dealer bodyHigh level of problem solving skills on parts related concernsFollow up unresolved issues and respond to the dealers with clear concise information on a timely basisEfficiently understand the queries raised at point of contact either via telephone/ or email and asking probing questions to provide the most effective solution.EducationYear 12 completedQualified Parts Interpreter (preferred)Mechanical background (preferred)Experience1-2 years experience in customer service and/or Dealer experience.An understanding of vehicle parts (preferred)SkillsBe able to use Microcat to determine parts model application and verify catalogue enquiriesBe able to operate a computer using the following applications, (SERVIS, VIS, panda) Microsoft OfficeWord, Excel, PowerPoint& Outlook Understand meaning of parts supply availability terms, i.
