Job Description

Compliance Engineer AdministratorAU-VIC-Melbourne Description Summary The Compliance Engineer Project Manager is a proactive team member focused on the standards and direction for their respective programs across IMG. The Compliance Engineer Project Manager will take the initiative to improve processes and ensure regulatory/compliancestandards are achieved to enable successful delivery of program requirements. This key player will ensure the vision, and objectives of the programs are demonstrated daily. The Compliance Engineer Project Manager is also responsible for the ongoing stakeholderrelationships by acting as the primary contact for stakeholder relationships through high Client satisfaction, with clients ensuring high client satisfaction through Percepta compliance with the agreed Statement of Work (SoW) terms and conditions. This roleis responsible for achieving both performance and financial objectives across multiple programsThe Compliance Engineer Project Manager assists with the definition, design, development, and delivery of client programs across all channels. They will work with and act as a liaison between senior stakeholders of both Percepta and client to deliver clientprograms on time, on budget, and according to client/regulatory specifications. Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple programs, initiatives and contact channels (i.e. Research, Quality, Technical & Compliance matters)
  • Development, analysis, monitoring and reporting of core and adhoc projectsSoW Management - Maintain all documentation: tracking SLA modifications, e-mail, correspondence and other official notifications
  • Schedule Client meetings, and ensure appropriate representation by Percepta staff
  • Ensure that services performed by Percepta employees are within the Scope of Work, or if not, are negotiated, priced, and approved in advance by the Client in accordance with policy
  • Ensure delivery of agreed services.
  • Responsible, with Finance and Professional Services, approved by the Client in advance of invoice issuance
  • Interface with both internal and external stakeholders to provide optimal support for the program(s)
  • Input into the development of Program budgets, ensure delivery against the operating budget
  • Obtain and analyze market intelligence regarding product development, industry regulations, and operational best practices to benchmark and improve operations and overall deliveryResponsible for meeting and/or exce
