Quality ManagerMeashamHybrid WorkingI have an exciting opportunity to work with a world class leadership and management development company. They are looking for an exceptional individual to join the team as a Quality Manager who has the ability to lead a team of Quality Coaches and Learner Managers.For 13 years, they have been delivering leadership and management development programmes all over the UK and internationally. They are looking for the right people to continue the great work achieved so far, whilst also bringing innovation and product developmentto their organisation. The business has grown with some of the worlds best-known brands exclusively through word of mouth and delivering the highest quality leadership and management development at all levels from first line team leaders to executive boards. They have already put over 300+ leaders through apprenticeship programme EPA with a 100% pass rate, over 98% achieving distinction or merit. They are fairly unique and have a fully employed team of professional specialist facilitators, quality coaches, functional skills tutors, administrators and leadership team. They never subcontract work out and maintain complete control over the quality of theirproducts and services. The package on offer for Quality Manager: Basic salary of £35000 to £42000 depending upon experience. Hybrid working opportunity. 22 days holiday plus public holidays.Purpose of the role of Quality Manager: Review learning materials and assessment methods. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the team. Ensure standardisation across apprenticeships and throughout the Quality Coaches to the expected standard. Review output of the Quality Coaches and provide constructive, supportive and developmental feedback. Monitor monthly compliance across the team through the Learner Managers reports. Ensure apprenticeship assessment plans meet the necessary criteria and ensure that assessment methods are robust. Train and develop new and existing team members. Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the Quality Coaches workload and working practices. Ensure deadlines and targets are met, in line with management standards. Identify the best assessment methods to enable learners to have a high quality, robust portfolio.Skills, qualifications and experience needed for the position of Quality Manager: Have excellent industry knowledge and be able to demonstrate results. Hold an assessor qualificationA1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33 or equivalent. Hold a recognised teaching qualificationPTLLS, AET, CertEd, or equivalent. Have experience of completing End Point Assessments. Experience in a Management or Team Leader position. Experience of developing and coaching learners up to Level 7 Leadership and Management Apprenticeships.The ability to work at a fast pace in a demanding environment is essential. You will need to have a high level of capability and be able to show resilience and a desire to be part of a small business.This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.This position is being managed by Pertemps Work-Based Learning.
