Job Description

Property Portfolio ManagerLocation: Measham, LeicestershireSalary: Up to £22,000 per annum (OTE £28,000 p.a.)The Role:An exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join our clients Lettings Team in their office in Measham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clients journey from beginning to end is exceptional, professional and memorable.Our client is looking for someone with the ability to deliver excellent customer service whilst servicing their portfolio of rental properties. Offering a basic salary of up to £22,000, plus realistic commission opportunities to an OTE of £28,000 per annum,this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within Lettings.The Company:An independent, family run Estate Agency offering local knowledge and expertise for successful property sales and residential lettings.Role & Responsibilities:

  • Seek new business through new and existing clients and attend market appraisals.
  • Market properties for let.
  • Convert leads to lettings viewings and deliver feedback to landlords.
  • Process applications and referencing and prepare move in packs.
  • Resolve maintenance issues and process invoices ready for payment.
  • Book and follow up interim inspections.
  • Renew Tenancy agreements and conduct annual rent reviews.
  • Accept and process tenant notices and agree remarketing with clients.
  • Process check out documents for agreement.
  • Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • At least two years relevant industry experience.
  • Ideally an ARLA Propertymark Level 2 or 3 qualification, or training will be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A positive can do approach.
