Due to new contracts, they are now looking for an experienced Operations and Performance Manager with experience in the Work-Based Learning and Education sector.The package available for Operations Apprenticeship Manager: Basic salary of up to £50000. 22 days per year holiday plus public holidays. Genuine opportunity for career advancementThe Operations Apprenticeship Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the performance of a team of Account Managers, Learner Engagement Managers, and Training Facilitators to ensure all business objectives and service levelagreements are exceeded. Purpose of the role of the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager: Responsible for the day-to-day control and management of all aspects of the account management team. Work collaboratively with managers across the business to define the operational processes and ensure training is provided to all staff. Maintain clear communications and processes to ensure smooth implementation of client programs. Plans directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow across the teams ensuring adequate resources are in place at all times. Improve processes, procedures, and productivity based on statistics and observations. Ensure that reporting is accurate and is completed on time. Be responsible for ensuring the team provides the highest quality of customer service whilst working to and meeting deadlines, ensuring all client requests are managed on time and to a high level of quality. Report on utilisation of facilitators and liaise with the Head of Facilitation to make sure any program changes are implemented correctly Evaluate processes, client data, and trends to identify process improvements.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required for the role of Operations Manager: Knowledge of Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning A track record of managing and improving and implementing internal processes. Experience in overseeing projects through to implementation. Experience in coaching, developing, and training teams to achieve higher performance levels. Utilise technology to drive efficiencies within the team. Experience of working as an Operations Manager or strong team management experience.The ability to work at a fast pace in a demanding environment is essential.
