They are looking for experienced and talented Account Administrators to join their team.For 13 years, they have been delivering leadership and management development programmes all over the UK and internationally. They are looking for the right people to continue the great work achieved so far, whilst also bringing innovation and product developmentto their organisation. The business has grown with some of the worlds best-known brands exclusively through word of mouth and delivering the highest quality leadership and management development at all levels from first line team leaders to executive boards. They have already put over 300+ leaders through apprenticeship programme EPA with a 100% pass rate, over 98% achieving distinction or merit. They are fairly unique and have a fully employed team of professional specialist facilitators, quality coaches, functional skills tutors, administrators and leadership team. They never subcontract work out and maintain complete control over the quality of theirproducts and services. The package available for the position of Account Administrator: Basic salary of up to £30000. 22 days holiday plus public holidays.Purpose of the role of Account Administrator: Collate learner details and set up system access accurately and timely. Liaise with client stakeholders and suppliers to organise logistics and events. Manage programme dates and bookings plus venue and hotel bookings for face-to-face programmes. Manage travel arrangements for facilitators. Using a range of digital systems to manage and communicate with programme participants and set up zoom/teams links for all virtually delivered programmes. Gather overall attendance data and candidate feedback to report to Account Manager, escalating any concerns to the appropriate people. Create facilitator gig sheets providing accurate and up to date information. Support Account manager with the necessary information for timely and accurate invoicing. Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of programme activities to support the Account Manager.Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for the role of Account Administrator: Experience of dealing with client queries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner. Sector experience within Work-Based Learning, Skills, or Education is desirable. Excellent all-round IT Skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Data/MIS. Excellent administration skills, including attention to detail and working to strict compliance standards. Proven track record of working under own initiative in a targeted working environment.The position of Account Administrator is a fast paced role in a demanding environment.
