Job Description

I am delighted to be working alongside an award winning and well-known hospitality business to recruit a Senior Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.The role offers a range of exceptional benefits including competitive salary and gym membership alongside a fanstastic opportunity of progression within the operational arm of the finance team.Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Beginning to end process of monthly management accounts (Including prepayments, accruals, depreciation journals etc)- Intercompany and Head Office control accounts- Process payroll- Daily cashflow reporting- Bank reconciliations- Process quarterly VAT returns- Multiple finance queries from around the business, dealing with all departmentsRequirements:- Great attention to detail.- Proactive approach to work- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.- Excellent IT Skills (Sage/Xero/Word/Excel).- Excellent telephone manner and administrator- Excellent communication and organisational skillsIf you are interested, please apply below and I will be in touch.
