Chef de Parties – Immediate start!NorthumberlandSalary of up to £24,000 per annumRich in heritage, atmosphere and space, our client’s business estate provides an unequalled paradise to stay, spa and golf, nestled away in the heart of historic Northumberland.Boasting an impressive history dating back to the 17th century, today, they look forward to sharing an unmistakable experience with guests near and far.The hotel has recently undergone a multi- million pound refurbishment and there is no other place quite like it and they are looking to gain further awards.They are now looking for Chef de Parties to join their busy team.JOB DESCRIPTION:We are ideally looking for candidates with some relevant knowledge but this is not essential - if you are keen to learn our client is happy to teach you.45 - 50 hours per week / 5 days from 7 straight shiftsStatutory (28 days p/a)Covers - Lunch: 20 - 70; Dinner: 80 - 90; Breakfast: up to 120; Functions: up to 120Fine dining - Bistro - French influences plus Afternoon teas - Gold Club SnacksThese are permanent job opportunities offering a salary of up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience - plus tips.
