Our client is a leading consumer brand that has gone through significant growth in the last 12/18 months and is looking to grow the digital team with the appointment of a senior ecommerce executive.Duties –- Manage/support the execution of onsite content, campaigns and trading activity- Work closely with marketing and CRM to ensure content and messaging is on brand and aligned across all channels- Provide robust reporting and analysis to support decision making both within the immediate team and the wider team- Identify opportunities to improve onsite conversion and trading performance through analysis of customer onsite behaviour, with data from Google Analytics- Trade the site to ensure product/category performance is maximised, optimising search results and product recommendations- Work closely with the digital change team to constantly improve conversion. Work with CRO agency to improve suggest UX improvements based on competitor research and industry best practiceRequirements –- At least two years B2C ecommerce experience- A strong commercial mindset and customer first approach- Excellent data and analytics skills, with confident use of Excel to manipulate data into meaningful insight- Experience using Google Analytics is essential and understanding of Hot jar, Search Metrics, Moz is advantageous- Highly organised and methodical with ability to prioritise workload effectively- Comfortable working in a fast-paced business
