Web Co-OrdinatorIf you live near Exeter and are looking for an exciting opportunity in a small team, then come and meet with us.This vacancy is a hybrid role, with a blend of home and office working. You will be in a positive working environment, as part of a dynamic team - within our established international family shoe business, Marsh Footwear Brands.Rainbow Club are UK & Europes leading designers, makers & colourists of handmade fabric occasion footwear - established in 1986 & a second generation family business. Our collections are sold successfully around the world through multiplesales channels including Rainbow Club online, John Lewis, Amazon, Independents & International Distributors.Chatham has over 30 years of shoe making expertise and design flair inspired by our nautical roots and country life, has led our family-run business to become one of Britains key lifestyle footwear brands.Job SummaryTo take responsibility for all administration of the Chatham website, to ensure a smooth customer journey resulting in maximum conversion rate and customer satisfaction, and to reduce customer service queries. To manage 3rd party online marketplaces whereChatham products are listed.Key tasks

  • Work with 3rd party Magento developers, the e-Commerce Manager and Senior Web co-ordinator to troubleshoot and fix website issues and changes
  • Manage relationship with JD Williams to ensure product catalogue and stock levels are up to date, and that orders and invoices are processed in a timely way
  • Manage Amazon vendor and seller accounts to ensure account remains in good health, with listings created and maintained and to ensure that orders and queries are processed in a timely way. Support the merchandising director with the management of the Amazonaccount.
  • Manage eBay to ensure account remains in good health, with listings created and maintained and to ensure that orders and queries are processed in a timely way
  • Support eCommerce Manager to setup seasonal and special promotions on Chatham, including imagery, copy and any applicable discount codes.
  • Manage email campaigns for Chatham - producing email templates, scheduling sends and analysing results to carry out a continuous process of test and learn using A/B testing
  • Creation and uploading of regular blog posts to Chatham website, utilising internal and external copywriting resource where required
  • Ensure that SEO best practice is implemented on the websites in conjunction with external SEO agency.
  • Assisting customer services in resolving customer queries relating to the functionality of the website
  • Support the eCommerce Manager to setup seasonal and special promotions on site, including imagery, copy and any applicable discount codes. Creation of seasonal product ranges within Magento ensuring that all imagery and product descriptions are accurateand follow brands guidelines.
  • Manage reviews implementation to ensure maximum number of positive reviews are collected, and displayed on the Chatham website in a way that increases conversion rate
  • Regularly review Google Analytics properties for Rainbow Club online and Chatham to identify opportunities for traffic growth and conversion rate optimisation, and to identify any problems. Work with e-Commerce manager and Magento Developers to implementchanges
  • To manage the group e-commerce budget. Logging invoices and tracking costs against the budget and collating receipts to reconcile the company credit card.

Key skills
  • 2 Years professional experience (or demonstrable interest) in digital industries - ecommerce, digital merchandising, marketing, website design etc
  • Highly computer literate with ability to pick up and learn new systems/software easily
  • Experience of Magento 2
  • Experience of working with Amazon Vendor, Seller and eBay marketplace
  • Knowledge of DotDigital, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Photoshop, MS Office
  • Desire to learn and look for online opportunities for the brand
