Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing company within the manufacturing sector, based in their Stockport office. In this role you will be responsible for answering tickets from customers and escalatingthem accordingly as well as remote installation.Working alongside a close team of 4 Support Engineers, you will be required to deliver great customer support to the companys customers ensuring product/software support issues are resolved both quickly and effectively.Summary of the role:

  • Supporting customer accounts.
  • Customer installations remotely and on-site.
  • Training customers on new features of their products to ensure best use.
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve customer-specific solutions.
  • Work with product and development teams, identifying opportunities for product improvements.
Role requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years experience in a technical or software support role.
  • CAD or Design experience.
  • Any experience of Programming.
  • Confident customer service skills.
  • An excellent communicator who works proactively in a team.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • General IT skills.
  • An understanding of application/product support.
