Due to our transformational digital strategy the Learning and Development team have an exciting new role for a Head of Digital Training to join the Barchester family and develop this function.The Head of Digital Training role is a new post to successfully roll out multiple digital projects from design, implementation through to embedding into the organisation.The post holder will develop and implement training delivery strategies for digital transformation projects including managing / directing resources, roll out plans, process mapping, provision of materials including on line resources and liaising with otherstakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption to all sites.In addition to leading on training this role will act as the subject matter expert on various aspects of digital training as well as contributing to change management across the organisation.The role will involve significant travel across a designated division/ region with national travel as and when required. Overnights stays will also be required.Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK’s market leading healthcare providers being the third largest in the UK with over 250 nursing homes and hospitals across the country. With a successful new builds programme with 10 new build homes being built and openedevery year for the next three years, we are rapidly and successfully expanding.Required experience:• Extensive knowledge of implementing digital transformation projects across large organisations• Experience of implementing complex digital projects to multi-site organisations• Excellent IT knowledge across different technologies• Ability to learn and assimilate new systems and processes quickly• Ability to create reports, analyse findings and propose solutions• In depth understanding of project management and ability to use appropriate PM software• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing customer service to internal stakeholders• Ability to lead and motivate - provide constructive, straightforward feedback to develop a team• Knowledge of producing online, interactive videos, materials and use of webinars
