Shift Manager (Night)£37,500 - £40,000 + Industry Training + Overtime + 4 DAy Week + Company Benefits Market Harborough Are you a Shift Manager looking to join a well-established company which will offer you a 4 day working week, the opportunity to boost your annual earnings by £2500 and a great working environmentOn offer is the opportunity to work in a well-established Plastic Extrusion company which has 30 years of experience behind them. You will be offered full training on the exporting process and company procedures.Your role will involve managing a production team on a night shift 4 days a week. This will include general people management, overseeing safety, resolving day to day staffing issues and getting involved with producing product where appropriate.The role would suit a Shift Manager who is happy to work a night shift.
