We are a professional services company based in Market Harborough looking to recruit a First Line IT Support to provide users support in a Microsoft environment (Microsoft Azure, Cloud Services, Remote Desktops, Microsoft SharePoint and Firewall). The idealcandidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and a keen interest in IT / Technology, with a focus on delivering a top rate service to our clients.WHO ARE WEAs one of the leading businesses in our industry, we can offer First Line IT Support Technicians the ideal opportunity to get involved in working in a structured environment with exposure to supporting a broad range of predominantly Microsoft Azure, CloudServices, Remote Desktops, Microsoft SharePoint and Firewall.
