PR Account Manager Market Harborough£26000 - £32000Monday - Friday, Full TimePerks: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Supportive Team and working environment. Progression Opportunities, Private Health Care after probationOur client has a fantastic opportunity for a PR Account Manager to join their growing team. They are different from other agencies. They deliver exceptional media relations results and offer a range of services, from events and social media to bespoke publications,video production, strategic planning, and crisis management. Theres no templating of press releases - They produce newsworthy content which is overseen by a talented editorial team. Their client base is predominantly the property industry however they dowork with other clients in different industries.The account manager is the clients key contact at the agency. The successful candidate will be able to keep track of a large volume of jobs progressing through the system. They will be adept at writing and proof-reading copy and have the confidence andcreative flair to ensure they are always bringing new and innovative ideas to their clients.You may already be an PR account manager, or an experienced PR account executive looking to take a step up. You will have the support of a fantastic team and PRCA training is provided. Initiative is a must. Youll also need the kind of people skills thatcant be taught, unwavering attention to detail and an aptitude for juggling many and varied tasks.Nationwide travel will be required, and you will need your own transport and valid UK driving licence.Key Duties:

  • Responsibility for PR plans and managing the client relationship.
  • Keep track of a large volume of jobs progressing through the system
  • Writing, editing, and proofing a variety of copy, from press releases, media alerts, blog posts, commentary, market reports, etc.
  • Managing relationships with external writers to receive verbal briefs from clients, prepare written briefs, coach and advise, then proof and approve copy prior to submitting it to the client.
Experience Needed:
  • 2+ Years Experience in a PR Agency
  • Knowledge/ experience in the Property industry preferred
  • Media relations, writing skills and client services experience
