Job Description

Here at the Coal Authority, we have a fantastic opportunity for twoHealth, Safety and Wellbeing Administratorto join our team.We encourageapplicants from anywhere in the UK, provided youre able to be in the Mansfield office for a minimumof 1-2 days a week and attend our regular team meetings in person, we embrace a hybrid working model as much as possible.You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis,and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of£19,137 - £21,264 per annum.Who we are:We really are a great team to work with. We are inclusive, trusted and progressive in everything that we do.About the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator role: Are you an experienced office administratorDo you want to join a fantastic, friendly team in a unique organisation providing a full range of administration and support services for the businessYou will be working in a fast pace, supportive role requiring an adaptable/flexible approach and the ability to work to tight timescales. The role will involve hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home, however, as part of the role is the issuingof equipment to other teams you will be required to be in the office 40-60% of the time.Responsibilites as ourHealth, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator will include:

  • Co-ordinatingdiaries, arranging meetings and taking minutes of meetings and preparing and distributingminutes
  • Carrying out general administration duties. Typing, filing and general correspondence
  • Helping to keep databases up to date with all relevant dates and information ensuring they are updated at suitable stages of the project
  • Inputting information into a spreadsheet
  • Assistingwith PPE for all Authority employees including ordering, maintenance of stock levels and distribution
  • Preparingtraining presentations and materials for use by teams
  • Attending meetings and providing input and feedback
  • Providingother administrative duties as may be required
What were looking for inour Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator:Candidates should demonstrate in their application how they meet the following essential criteria:
  • Five + GCSEs including English language and Maths
  • Typing at RSA2 standard
  • Experience with Microsoft Packages including word, excel, power point and database management
  • Experience in minute taking, typing up and distribution of notes
