Job Description

A well-established, growing business has a unique opportunity for an experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee the efficient and timely planning and delivery of digital assets and projects for retail, fashion, and beauty clients. This is a fantasticopportunity for a self-starting, adaptable relationship builder to develop and maintain an outstanding workflow between the internal design team and digital experts.Along with a competitive salary, you will also receive 25 days holiday and employee wellbeing initiatives.Day to day you will manage long-term digital projects and fast-moving marketing briefs including design, artwork and go-live from start to finish. You will have the ability to manage campaigns and deadlines while remaining in budget. The role is based inMansfield, with a requirement be in the office 3 days a week.As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • A customer-first approach, exhibiting outstanding personal skills and an ability to foster brilliant working relationships with clients and problem-solve
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to be flexible when working collaboratively across teams and timelines, as well as in terms of working hours
  • A natural ability to direct and lead others whilst managing all aspects of the digital production process
  • Familiarity with managing CMS, website design and builds from start to finish
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to manage confidential client data, as well as CPAs and KPIs
  • Ensure briefs are created and delivered to our production teams accurately and swiftly
  • To embrace our day-to-day systems and processes, ensuring they are adhered to
We are looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Self-motivated, calm and inquisitive - with an ability to work under pressure and in strict organisational timescales
  • A strong collaborator, strategic thinker and communicator with a can do attitude
  • Working across multiple projects managing the varying needs of different clients, agency based
  • Experience on workflow systems such as Adobe Workfront
  • Mobile-first design and digital screen output, with the ability to wireframe a prototype
  • Delivering digital marketing campaigns from concept to creation
You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
