Job Description

Reed are working in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council and are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join The Countrywide Approved Mental Health Professionals Team (AMHP) on a full-time basis. The role offers hybrid working, with your time being split working at Sherwood Oaks, Mansfield and working from home.The Countrywide AMHP Team is a team working 24/7, undertaking mental health act assessments. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside and support a very productive team and with a diverse group of individuals on a daily basis (during normaloffice hours).Key Responsibilities:

  • The first port of call for anyone telephoning, which could be professionals from partner agencies i.e. Psychiatrists or ward staff from NHS Trust or Notts Police, family members of carers
  • Supporting the Team with any operational tasks
  • Using electronic systems to ensure that activities are recorded accurately
  • Demonstrating excellent customer care skills
  • Communicating professionally and effectively at all time whilst ensuring you are maintain confidentiality
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience of providing business support in a busy environment
  • Experience of data input and data management ensuring accuracy and where appropriate confidentiality
  • Significant experience and competence using IT and common business support packages including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Experience of using defined business processes and giving guidance on them to colleagues
