Job Description

Service Team Leader (Spectrometer / Chromatography)£40,000 - £47,000 + Car + Bonus scheme + Hybrid workingCompany based in Cheshire - commutable from Warrington, Acton, Prescot, Saint Helens, Great SankeyAre you a Technical Lead looking to play an integral role in this internationally renowned company, where you will become part of their senior team overseeing a highly skilled engineering departmentOn offer is the chance to develop your career in this fully autonomous role, which will see you play a huge part in the companys growth and future goals by directly impacting performance. You will provide expert technical advice to the service engineers andbe the point of call for company improvement process changes.This company are industry leaders in their field. They are passionate about delivering quality service to their customers and have big aims in expanding its enthusiastic team, whilst retaining the small, supportive company feel.This role would suit a candidate with previous experience in Mass Spectrometery and Chromatography, looking to successfully implement change and growth.The role:

  • You will be the point of call for offering insight and advice for both sides of the company, in the refurbishment of the scientific instruments and the maintenance service and repairs.
  • You will provide technical assistance on a day-to-day basis and help with refurbishments.
  • Support the sales, service, field, and workshop team
  • £40,000 - £47,000 + Car + Bonus scheme + Hybrid working
The person:
  • Must have experience in the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry industry.
  • Must have field service experience within this industry.
  • The person should be a great communicator and take pride in delivering high standards of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy aiding teams within the business.
  • Creative mind for company improvement ideas.
