Job Description

Electronics Production Supervisor - RequiredWe are searching for a well-organised, reliable electronics production supervisor to join our growing company as a technical resource and to run the small but growing production department. The main responsibilities include running the SMD line and finalassembly department.To be successful, you should demonstrate strong leadership skills as well as a sound electronics background. The electronics supervisor will be able to use a wide range of resources to solve problems and feel comfortable working alone or in a team.Responsibilities:

  • Organising production to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems.
  • Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.
  • Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaising with management and clients to discuss work schedules and time and material cost estimates.
  • Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing equipment.
  • Performing equipment demonstrations/training and drawing up training manuals wherever required.
  • Assisting with recruitment.
  • Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions in order to perform duties.
  • Following written and verbal instructions.
  • Attending regular training workshops.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of ONC or equivalent in electronic engineering (relevant certification will be required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for electronics.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30 Competitive salary
