Job Description

Salesforce DeveloperSuperb opportunity to join a global life sciences business that is investing heavily in Salesforce.This dynamic organisation is in the process of implementing Salesforce as part of a big transformation programme and this is an exciting opportunity to be an early member of a new in-house Salesforce team that has a lot of exciting and challenging projectsahead of it.As Salesforce Developer you will play a key role in building out Salesforce solutions across a variety of projects spanning Health Cloud, Field Service and core Sales / Service. Working closely with the Salesforce SME, you will help design and develop Salesforcesolutions to meet Business requirements, delivering value to the stakeholders.This role will also give you the platform to grow as a Salesforce Professional and you will be able to expand your experience to mentoring and coaching junior team members as the team continues to grow.To be considered you must have strong, hands-on Salesforce development skills:

  • Ideally Platform Developer I Certified
  • Practical experience in building Salesforce Workflows and workflow rules
  • Strong skills in Apex and Visualforce / LEX
  • Experience developing Salesforce components (Apex, Apps, Lightening Web Components, Visualforce Pages, SOQL)
  • Understanding of modern design patterns, including API development/REST and Event Driven approaches
  • Knowledge of Agile processes
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and teams
Exposure to Health Cloud, Field Service and Communities is desirable but full training will be given to the right person.Whats on offer:
  • A flexible, hybrid role that will one require you in the office 1 day per week (the office is situated between Runcorn and Warrington).
  • A salary between £45,000-£50,000
  • Annual Bonus
  • Benefits including private health care, pension and 25 days holiday
  • Training and support to obtain further Salesforce certifications
