Job Description

The Recruitment Co are looking to recruit an accounts / finance administrator to join our client in Runcorn on a permanent basis.You will be joining a small but vibrant office in supporting the operations manager with accounts and finance.Main Duties:To process day to day transactions , reconcile bank account and chase credit control

  • Add tracking to sales orders, raise and email sales invoices daily
  • Process supplier invoices for stock and overheads, investigate any queries
  • Process returns for evaluations/return for credit.
  • Daily cash book postings & monthly bank reconciliation
  • Produce daily reports for revenue and orders and email.
  • Produce weekly stock report for UK and email.
  • Weekly supplier payment run & statement reconciliations
  • Sending our monthly customer statements
  • Create and maintain spreadsheet of good dispatched & invoiced by France but not yet delivered Create new customer accounts
  • Produce bar codes for the warehouse for S/N stock received
  • Holiday cover for processing sales orders
  • Obtain import documentation for all imports from outside the UK
