Job Description

Join us as a TPRM Operations Manager

  • Well look to you to lead the delivery of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) risk assessment services across our bank in line with our frameworks and risk standards
  • Day-to-day, youll support business areas to effectively identify and remediate their External Outsourcing (EO) risks

What youll doAs our TPRM Operations Manager, youll operate an effective and efficient Risk Assessments function to support business users across our bank to manage their EO risks, while driving a risk culture to constantly evolve TPRM best practices. Alongside this, youll lead the delivery of TPRM risk assessment reviews to identify, track and escalate risks to our business in line with our guidelines and regulatory requirements. Your top priorities will include:
  • Driving the development and improvement of the EO risk assessment processes and procedures thatre aligned with the framework and relevant legal or regulatory requirements
  • Managing criteria to effectively assess outcomes from TPRM risk assessments to produce a risk view across all of our banks third-party supplier arrangements
  • Developing effective relationships with key business stakeholders across our bank to support the identification, delivery, tracking and escalation of any risks and issues
  • Delivering risk assessment reviews, monitoring their completion and escalating any challenges to the anticipated delivery
  • Ensuring our documentation and records are maintained through appropriate systems and tools and are updated at required intervals
  • Leveraging your knowledge, experience and expertise to drive potential enhancements thatve been identified across our TPRM processes
The skills youll needTo be successful in this role, youll need a background of working in an Audit or Assurance function and a technical or audit qualification, such as a CISSI, or relevant work experience. In addition, youll need the ability to lead a team and display an understanding of risk identification and assessment within a supply chain context. Furthermore, youll need:
  • Experience of driving continuous improvement through your approach and service delivery
  • An understanding of how to review large amounts of technical information
  • Excellent project management skills to effectively manage multiple assignments
