Our Local Authority Client is looking fora Senior Project Manager to deliver the implementation of a new CRM, CMS, customer account, portals and eforms.The initial phase will be to implement a replacement CRM system. This will be followed by improvements to the CRM and introduction of a new CMS.The candidate will need to be used to managing suppliers who will be responsible for the delivery of the first phase including knowledge transfer and upskilling of the in-house digital team. The programme will also provide training, change management, andculture change to support change and help staff transition to more digital ways of working.Improve workflow and case management for digital services.A key part of this is integration with the line of business applications that underpin critical statutory, resident facing services.The programme aligns with wider Council initiatives on Digital Inclusion, the Data Strategy, and the IT Strategy. The successful candidate will need to understand legislation on the DPA, Equalities Act and Accessibility standards such as WCAG.Youshould have Local Authority experience including Procurement through G-Cloud.The candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to manage the budget, Risks and issues.
