Job Description

Regulatory Specialist required to Support the Submission Build & Document Management Team preparation of dossiers for submission & management of the related regulatory information within the agreed processes and tools

  • Membership of a team providing effective partnership with the Product Registration Team to finalise and publish dossiers for submission to authorities
  • Upload to and maintenance of regulatory documents and information in Veeva and IUCLID
  • Support Product Registration Team in maintenance of regulatory data to plan, execute and track regulatory submission activities
  • Expert knowledge of processes for EAME use of Veeva and IUCLID for dossier preparation and provision of information
  • Provide expert and timely support in maintenance of up to date information in Veeva to ensure an accurate record of EAME product registrations
  • Interest in the external Regulatory environment
  • Interest in Regulatory key tools (Veeva, IUCLID)
  • Grow a knowledge of relevant regional regulations and adjacent legislation
  • Good attention to detail and task completion
  • Good spoken and written English
