Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager for a fast-paced company specialising in the optimisation and delivery of professional services and managed services around all aspects of Public Cloud solutions with a specific focus on AWS.We want to change the way people look at and use Public Cloud services as we believe any organisation from small start-ups to large multinationals can unleash the power these services to improve their business efficiency.We work with IT Services providers and enable them to identify opportunities for their customers looking at public cloud solutions. We work seamlessly with their sales and technical teams to scope the opportunities before working with their customers toimplement effective technical solutions.A key growth area for the business is migrating customers into AWS. In particular, we are helping several FTSE-100 companies and public sector organisations to move from legacy on-premises data centres, into AWS. Often the first step of these migrationsis a "lift-and-shift", but were also seeing increasing appetite for modernisation and refactoring.We are looking for a dedicated UK-based individual to join our Project Management team as a Project Manager, reporting to the Project Management Practice Lead. This role involves the management of projects, to include scoping, budgeting, planning, risk management,resourcing, and reporting on the delivery of cloud solutions for Cloud Bridge customers.To be successful as a Project Manager, you should be able to demonstrate strong project management and communication skills, be well organized and able to work under pressure.Role Key Objectives for a Project Manager

• Be responsible for the delivery and management of multiple cloud infrastructure projects for Cloud Bridge customers
• Prioritise tasks, set deadlines and align resources for project deliverables
• Support pre-sales and scoping initiatives to secure new business
• Coordinate the onboarding of new Managed Services customers
• Producing and reviewing scoping documentation
• Develop detailed project plans in association with technical resources
• Provide periodic status reports on the project portfolio to senior management
• Report on project progress and KPIs to customer stakeholders
• Management of project budgets
• Maintain project documentation including project control log (RAID), project plans, highlight reports, Statement of Works, project change control and internal progress reports

• Project oversight and escalation with strong project management principles
• Excellent documentation skills across technical and operational process areas
• Strong time and task management with the ability to supervise multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in customer-facing roles

Desirables

• Familiarity and strong interest in the Amazon Web Services platform
• Exposure to other cloud environments such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform or private clouds
• Experience working within an IT Professional Services or Managed Services provider
