Job Description

Full-stack Developer - C# and .Net Core - 2 year Fixed Term ContractWorking with latest technology stack in a stable organisation. You will be involved in greenfield projects integrating and merging systems together.Client DetailsWe are a small team of developers and our mission is to develop products and technology that will serve the needs of our tenants and internal customers. What you will need to bring to the table is more than your technical skills - your unique perspective, ideas and culture will help us create better products for our customers.DescriptionFull-stack Developer - C# and .Net Core - 2 year Fixed Term ContractWe are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and are passionate about learning and improving as well as code. You will need to:

  • Develop web applications using latest web technologies
  • Be confident building front end pages.
  • Work in a sprint but also manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Introduce to the team some of the latest technologies like docker, Kubernetes, frameworks that you have used or would like to use.
  • Passionate to learn and improve self as well as code
  • Opportunity to mentor/manage junior member of the team
    • ProfileThe successful candidate will be an experienced full-stack developer who can manage multiple projects at once and who is excited about applying new ideas. We are looking for the following skills:
  • Strong skills in C#
  • Confident front-end development
  • SQL Server (various versions), and developments
  • Entity Framework 6, Dapper with t-SQL, similar technologies
  • MVC + Razor, HTML, CSS3, Sass
  • Typescript, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Bootstrap
  • Angular 5+
  • .Net Framework, .Net Core 2.1+
  • Restful, soap API
  • Unit testing, TDD
  • Azure Dev-Ops, project management and build pipelines
  • Experience of using code versioning tools, such as G I T or Azure DevOps
  • Other great front-end ideals, tools and frameworks that you have used would be beneficial
    • Desirable skills include:
  • Umbraco
  • Experience in NPM, tools such as webpack, task runners and others
  • Working within project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • SharePoint knowledge
  • Dynamic 365

This position is being offered on a 2 year fixed term contract basis and the client can offer extensive home working and flexible working patterns.Please note that this will be paid on a salaried basis, not a day rate and the client would prefer someone local to Greater Manchester because there will be some office working later in the year.
