Forecasting & Insight Analyst (Ref: 888757)Home Based (North West Candidates)£30k-£35k + Bonus & BenefitsThe CompanyPact are delighted to bring this truly unique Forecasting & Insight Analyst opportunity to market, which gives you a blend of forecasting & capacity planning exposure, but coupled with the unique chance to drive insight through a globally recognised tech business based in the heart of Manchester.The RoleThe Forecasting & Insight Analyst will form part of an EMEA WFM function with a diverse range of channels across both front and back office environment, using the latest and best technology the market has to offer to deliver excellent capability across planning and insight across the multisite contact centre operation.You will deliver forecasting and capacity planning models in both WFM and Excel and work with the wider business to deliver actionable insight through data to help stakeholders make "better" data led decisions that benefits the business to drive improvements for customers and employees.You will analyse large data sets in order to provide technical analysis to help identify correlations and anomalies to aid fact-based decision making in the operation.About YouYou will be an experienced resource planning professional who has expertise in forecasting and capacity planning within a large, multisite operation, across a diverse range of channels within both front and back office departments. You will also possess a strong analytical background, with the ability to disseminate large data sets to provide technical analysis and insight for the wider audience across the business.
