Job Description

We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team at a new Maldon Nursery. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment for children. You will be an integralpart of our early childhood education program, playing a vital role in shaping the future of our little learners. Day to day of the role:

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0 to 5 years.
Deliver engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Monitor children’s progress and tailor activities to their individual needs.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for all children.
Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, maintaining open communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must hold either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, NNEB, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) to ensure strong communication skills.
Paediatric First Aid & Food Hygiene Training to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in your care.
