Management Accountant | Maidstone | £40k - £55k DOEThis is a newly created Management Accountant position offering the opportunity to join an expanding organisation. There are great prospects to progress your career as this multi-faceted organisation continues to diversify and strengthen its brand.You will be a hands-on, all-round accountant, who is self-sufficient and able to drive continuous improvements.Reporting directly to the Finance Director your Key Accountabilities will be:

Production of monthly management accounts to agreed deadlines.
Analysis and presentation of key financial information and reports.
Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are performed on a monthly basis.
Preparation of month end working papers.
Preparation of annual budgets at enterprise level.
Finance partnering with key business decision makers.
VAT returns

Person Specification:

Experience of working as a Management Accountant or similar
ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified/part qualified or QBE
Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, V and H lookups etc.)
Strong communication skills.
Well organised
Hands on and ability to work with minimal supervision
An interest in improving processes and procedures
