Great salespeople can be taught and developed by great managers and great leadership. Luckily this company has those things in abundance and there’s nothing they like more than to develop talent in-house.What you’ll need to have from the start is a hunger and drive to apply yourself to a new industry, learn about the products and the sector and most of all care about your clients’ needs to make sure they are receiving the best service.If you already have some sales experience, brilliant! We’d love to hear from you too.More about the role:The role consists of speaking to other businesses and discussing their business telecommunication needs in a consultative fashion. Make no mistake about it, this is a majority cold-calling role to begin with whilst you learn the ropes. However, you’re selling products which businesses need and once you have made the next step up the ladder, you’ll be dealing with warm leads from businesses.The package:The package is on commission only basis to begin with.However, on target earnings for a new starter would be £400 a week. Included within the package is a retainer of at least minimum wage which ensures that you are always earning whilst learning.
