Job Description

Our client and market leader within the Healthcare sector are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Consumer team that covers Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Ideally you have gained experience working for a similar business supporting fast paced, busy teams.Client DetailsGlobal Healthcare BusinessDescriptionProviding Administrative support to the Consumer Team that covers Europe, Africa and the Middle East duties will include:

  • Typing
  • Expense reports
  • Dealing with confidential correspondence
  • Ordering of office supplies for the team
  • Opening, sorting, prioritising and distributing incoming communications and other provisions
  • Marinating calendars and arranging meetings
  • Providing relevant staff with reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines
  • Coordinating, preparing and editing reports and presentations.
  • Organising files, assembles relevant data, compiling statistics or information as directed for use by others
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Responsible for the maintenance of office environment
  • ProfileExperience Required
  • Experience of working within a similar role for a global organisation
  • Fully proficient with all MS Office products
  • Able to demonstrate experience of handling confidential matters requiring discretion and judgement
  • All candidates must be available to start work immediately
  • Job OfferComparative rates of pay, paying the equivalent of £37,000 per annum. Required skills
