  • You will be expected to achieve your own individual revenue targets, whilst hitting the ground running with the existing team.

  • Maintain and leverage long-term customer relationships with strategic accounts.
  • Lead from the front- be a true brand ambassador for the organisation.
  • Plan a smart sales and marketing plan to ensure our growth moving forward.
The Sales Director will:
  • Have experience with a Service led sales proposition.
  • Must have people management experience.
  • Have demonstrable experience in managing, coaching, and leading a team.
  • Have have had experience of working with a blue work force in the service industry.
  • Be analytical in your approach, using data effectively to help make business critical decisions.
  • Be commercially astute and accurate/confident in providing forecasts/budgets to the leadership team.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and presenting skills, comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
  • Be a natural self-starter, enthusiastic and inspirational leader.
  • Someone who is a new business player manager, who will have their own target + a team target.
