Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced growing organisation supporting front line IT with queries. The role is starting on a temporary basis with the opportunity of working permanently at the end of a qualifying period.For this role we are looking for someone who is energetic, professional and focused who can work seamlessly within a busy team. You will be dealing with all aspects of first line support.Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • 1st line support
  • Logging phone calls
  • Providing operational support to the business
  • Order dispatch process
  • Ensuring databases are kept up-to-date and accurate
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Escalating issues when required
  • Managing and supporting customer relationships
  • Key skills & competency requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details is essential
  • Must have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment
  • Experience of using Excel
  • Excellent team player, personable and able to operate at all levels
