Job Description

Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time, 37 hours per weekSalary: From £22,801 per annum, depending upon experienceLocation: Head Office, Maidenhead, BerkshireIn this busy and varied role you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of administrative operations of the Africa and Asia Pacific Area (AAPA) Office. The role reports to the HR Manager, AAPA but will have a great deal of interaction with the AAPA Director.You will also work closely with the AAPA Head Office team, stakeholders in Head Office and Managers from our major hubs in India, Kenya, Singapore and South Africa. An appreciation and understanding of differing cultures would be advantageous.We would like you to have significant experience of administration and coordination in a busy and varied environment and be committed to delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external shake-holders.This is a varied role which will require excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to move between tasks at ease. You will have a flexible attitude with the ability to remain resilient, calm and efficient when under pressure.You will be dealing with sensitive topics, such as graves found, ashes internment requests and also with VIPs and public enquires on our social medial platforms, so you must have a mature, respectful and sensitive approach to your work.What We Can Offer You:
