CK Group are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Maidenhead on a contract basis for 4 months.Company:Our client is part of one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Their consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and womens health care fields.Location: This Admin Assistant role will be based at our clients site in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Salary:Up to £16.45 per hour PAYE.Admin Assistant Role:- Provide administrative support in areas of typing, expense reports, confidential correspondence, file management, travel arrangement and office supply ordering, sorts, prioritizes and distributes incoming communications and other provisions.- Maintain calendar(s) and arranges meetings. - Provide relevant staff with reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines.- Coordinate, prepare and edit reports and presentations.- Organize files, assembles relevant data, compiles statistics or information as directed for use by others.
