Are you currently working as a compliance adviser for a pensions or insurance product provider and looking for the next step in your career!Alexander Lloyd are working with an established Pension firm who currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Advisor to join their established and expanding firm. The role will be to join a small yet established Compliance team where you will work closely with the Compliance Manager to perform compliance monitoring reviews and providing training and technical support as required. You will also ensure the company operates in accordance with applicable law, regulation and provide guidance and coaching to less experience members of the Compliance team.The right candidate will have previous Compliance monitoring experience and a good understanding of FSA regulations. You will also have a personable attitude to ensure that the business adheres to regulatory advice and ensure a well embedded compliance culture throughout the firm.
