Job Description

Cove have partnered with our client who service Civil engineering and construction projects throughout the UK. They now have a opening for a Team Manager/ Team leader to join them.The successful Team manager will be a proven motivator of people, organised, of high calibre and dedicated to delivering a great service on behalf of their customers.Overview: You will mentor and support a small team of skilled Maintenance Administrators, coaching them through their performance and reviewing their weekly output. Delivery accurate real time data to the senior management team in contributionto streamlining the companys operations.Responsibilities:

  • Continually review and monitor work performance of all Administrators against agreed KPIs, ensuring that service agreements are handled professionally.
  • Lead a team to meet and exceed business objectives, service targets and departmental goals including: operational metrics, quality analysis of Data, customer satisfaction and absenteeism and attrition across the department.
  • Implement reward & recognition programs and share best practices across teams and build spirit of teamwork and a work environment that promotes high levels of engagement amongst team members.
  • Maintain regular communications and feedback, ensuring accurate and timely communication of any service issues to senior management
  • Update and deliver weekly reports
What we need from you
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous, Team management or leadership experience
  • Excellent level of IT Proficiency to include Microsoft 360, Excel, Vlook-up and Pivots
  • Great reporting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build a strong and collaborate team
The package:
  • Salary £30,000- £31,000
  • 22 days holiday plus bank
  • Death in Service of two times salary, 3% pension contributions
  • Free parking
