Job Description

Position:Executive Personal AssistantLocation:Derby DE1Salary: £27,852 –£29,439 GBP/Annum (Depending upon your experience)Contract: Full Time- PermanentStart Date: As soon as PossibleREED Education is currently hiring for an Executive Personal Assistant for a Trust CEO.About Us:The trust is a leading educational organization dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences and opportunities for children and young people across the Derby area. Our commitment to excellence in education is underpinned by a strong Christianethos, ensuring that every childs potential is realized.Job Summary:As the Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be an integral part of our leadership team. Your role will be to provide proactive, confidential, and efficient administrative support to the CEO, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives andkey decision-making. You will also serve as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Anticipate the CEOs needs and proactively address them.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including expense reporting and document management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a high degree of integrity.
  • Bachelors degree or relevant certification is a plus.
