Jackson Hogg is working with a rapidly expanding chemical CRO based in Cheshire, who is currently looking for a number of Synthetic Organic Chemists to join their growing contract research and medicinal chemistry teams.As the Synthetic Organic Chemist, you will work on custom synthesis projects on lab scale up to 20L scale. You will work on projects synthesising compound libraries for testing in medicinal chemistry lead identification and lead optimisation programs. You willalso be involved with handling and synthesising highly potent APIs.The labs are equipped to work on milligram to kilogram scale chemistry and have high quality analytical facilities both in-house and through the site open access analytical laboratory. In addition, their dedicated high potency laboratory facility offers thesynthesis of hormones, opioids, prostaglandins, controlled psychoactive and cytotoxic oncology small molecules associates with antibody drug conjugates.Requirements
