Exiting new opportunity for an Experienced Site Manager in Macclesfield!Our client is a well-established company with a rich history dating back to 1908, specializing in high-quality fit-out projects within the leisure and hospitality sectors across the UK. They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee andlead projects up to £5 million, ensuring all aspects of the projects are executed flawlessly.Position: Full-time, Permanent.Location: MacclesfieldSalary: A competitive salary of up to £65k per yearKey Responsibilities:-Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.-Coordinate and supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.-Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.-Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure expectations are managed and met.-Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.-A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing high-quality fit-out projects, particularly in the leisure and/or hospitality sectors.-Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects valued up to £5 million.-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.-Proficiency in project management software and tools.-Must possess a full, clean UK driving license.-Willingness to travel and work across the UK, including weekends when necessary.-Ability to provide two references from previous clients that confirm a strong track record in project delivery and management.Desirable Attributes:-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations.-Highly motivated with a commitment to achieving excellence in all project outcomes.-Ability to adapt to changing project demands and work within tight deadlines.If this position is of interest, please reach out to VIA email,Maxime @ huntermasonconsulting .com
