Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an NPI Project Manager in the industrial / manufacturing sector. The role is based in Macclesfield and requires a highly skilled individual who can work effectively in a team.Client DetailsOur client is a leading player in the Aerospace industry.   • Lead and manage NPI projects within the engineering and manufacturing department.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Present regular updates on project progress to senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to during project execution.
  • Manage project resources effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
ProfileThe successful Project Manager should have:
  • Experience leading and managing projects in the industrial / manufacturing sector - ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management - ESSENTIAL.
  • A proven track record of stakeholder management, internal & external - ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities - ESSENTIAL.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the industrial / manufacturing sector - ESSENTIAL.
  • A degree in Engineering or a related qualification - DESIRABLE.
Job Offer
  • An estimated hourly rate of c£40.00 - £45.00 inside IR35.
  • A temporary role with potential for extension or permanency.
