With more than 1,300 bikes, a visible workshop area and comprehensive accessories shop its easy to see why The Superbike Factoryhave become renowned for providing industry leading customer service coupled with exceptional quality.The ideal Motorcycle Technician will have previous experience in a similar hands-on, mechanical role working with automotive engines of all makes and models. Ideally, youll love motorbikes as much as we do, but if you can provide the drive, determinationand technical know-how, we can provide you with all the support youll need to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspecting and completing complex repairs and diagnostic work
  • Operating the DYNO as required
  • Completing advanced engineering tasks
  • Assisting with the training of junior technicians
  • Working to deadlines to ensure that work is completed on time
Skills & Experience
  • A genuine passion for all things on two or four wheels!
  • Strong attention to detail, fault finding, technical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion to deliver an outstanding service
  • Driven to achieve your goals and the goals of the business
  • A valid motorcycle license would be beneficial but is not essential for the role
