Job Description

Join our team!Are you an experienced HR Systems Data Coordinator We have a fantastic opportunity if you have a strong background in HR systems and high-level Excel skills. Come and join us at Elior on a fixed-term basis for 18 months!Our offices are based in London and Macclesfield, linked via good public transport routes. They are sociable and open spaces with fantastic restaurant/catering facilities.Lunch subsidies / free refreshments and snacks are offered.What youll be doing...You will report to the HR Reporting and Systems Analyst and support them in data cleansing activities, testing of upgrades to the current HR system, and the creating, running, and collating of regular reports for the wider business and team.Key Accountabilities:

  • Working with the HR Systems and Data Analyst to ensure that the data held within the current HRIS is accurate and that any anomalies are quickly identified and fixed.
  • Supporting the Payroll Team when bugs are identified and logging calls on the Zellis portal.
  • Attending the Zellis review meetings and monthly calls alongside the Payroll Manager and the HR Systems and Data Analyst to ensure all calls logged are being progressed.
  • Use RRS to run and schedule reports as required.
  • Working with the HR Systems and Data analyst to modify reports and create new reports as required.
  • Work with HRSD Team Leader to ensure that they have all information required to ensure the appropriate CSR reports can be completed.
  • Support the HR Systems and Data Analyst and the Payroll Team with annual/irregular uploads and activities such as the upload of bank holidays, long-service awards and bought holidays into the payroll system and send out the applicable emails to colleaguesfor these where required.

  • Accurate reports are sent out on a timely basis.
  • Systems are kept up to date and updates are tested thoroughly.
  • Systems issues raised to them are quickly investigated and logged with the software provider if required.
  • Data checks are carried out regularly and the data within the system is accurate.
  • Works closely with all key stakeholders to help deliver of system updates and changes.
  • Seen as a trusted team member by the HR team and wider business.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week - Hybrid workingWhat can you bringIn this role:
  • A strong background in systems. Ideally familiar and confident in using the Zellis software, i.e. Resourcelink, RRS, and MyView. Demonstrable ability to extract and manipulate data from these systems.
  • Have a high level of Excel skills.
  • Good communicator with the ability to solve problems and to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work analytically with complex/detailed information with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Able to work with a range of stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project work.
  • Highly organised with excellent, demonstrable Microsoft Office skills.
  • A team player with a flexible approach to work and job variety.
